The regular meeting of the
Center for Social and Cultural Innovation, Kiev MasterPeace Club and
International Guild of Writers was held at the State Library for Young People, (Kiev) on 10 January 2018.
10 січня 2018 року в Державній бібліотеці для юнацтва (м.Київ)
відбулося чергове засідання
Центру соціальних та культурних інновацій, Київського MasterPeace Клубу та Київського
Регіонального Представництва Міжнародної
Гільдії письменників.
The issues on the common agenda included:
1) The round table (MasterPeace Kiev, the Centre for Social & Cultural Innovations
(CSCI, Kiev) and International
Guild of Writers (Germany): Outputs of the year – What next?);
2) The
presentation and discussion of the draft “Creative communication, instruments
of cultural integration: Ukraine – Europe”;
3) Award
Ceremony: Presentation of winners of international literary Festival of
International Guild of Writers (Germany);
4) Admission
of new members to the CSCI and
MasterPeace Kiev.
Питання загального порядку денного включали:
1) Підсумки року - що далі?;
2) Презентація та обговорення проекту
«Творче спілкування, інструменти культурної інтеграції: Україна - Європа»;
3) Церемонія нагородження переможців
міжнародного літературного фестивалю Міжнародної Гільдії письменників
(Німеччина);
4) Прийом нових членів до лав ЦСКІ і
Київського MasterPeace клубу.
The event was opened by a very famous violinist,
the Honored Artist of Ukraine, soloist of the State Honored Academic Folk Choir
named after G.Veryovka, the guest of honour Volodymyr Litvin. This was a
masterly and harmonious performance of a great real Maestro, which is rated
highly not only in Ukraine, but far beyond its bounds.
Захід було відкрито відомим
скрипалем, заслуженим артистом України, солістом Державного академічного
народного хору імені Г. Верьовки, почесним гостем - Володимиром Литвиним. Це
була витончена і гармонійна робота великого, справжнього Маестро, який здобув
високе визнання не тільки в Україні, а й далеко за її межами.
It was sum up the results of activity of the CSCI and MasterPeace Kiev in 2017 and
determined the lines of development over the next year. The chairman of the
board of the CSCI (and the
Leader of MasterPeace Kiev) Olena Zinchenko presented the new
draft “Creative communication, instruments of cultural integration: Ukraine –
Europe”.
Була підсумовона діяльность ЦСКІ і MasterPeace
Kiev за 2017 рік та визначено напрямки діяльності на наступний рік. Голова
правління CSCI і керівник Київського MasterPeace клубу Олена Зінченко представила
новий проект «Творчі комунікації, інструменти культурної інтеграції: Україна -
Європа».
Our project aims at the:
1) Raising awareness of the
importance of culture for economic development and social cohesion.
2) Stimulating greater
participation in cultural activities by the general public.
3) Encouraging cooperation
between civil society organisations (CSOs), public sector organizations and
private sector organisations operating in the cultural and creative sectors.
4) Developing the knowledge
and capacity of operators working in the cultural and creative sectors.
5) Engaging under-represented
or marginalised groups in cultural activity.
6) Exploring diversity and
promoting intercultural dialogue through cultural activity.
Наш проект охоплюватиме наступні цілі:
1) Підвищення обізнаності
про важливість культури для економічного розвитку та соціальної єдності.
2) Стимулювання
ширшої участі громадськості у культурних заходах.
3) Заохочення
співпраці між організаціями громадянського суспільства (ОГС), організаціями
державного сектору та організаціями приватного сектору, які працюють у
культурному та творчому секторах.
4) Розвиток знань
та спроможності діячів, що працюють у культурному та творчому секторах.
5) Залучення
недостатньо представлених або маргіналізованих груп до культурної діяльності.
6) Вивчення
різноманітності та заохочення міжкультурного діалогу через культурну
діяльність.
Also the details of the
Project and its importance in this meeting were discussed by members of CSCI
and Kiev MasterPeace Club.
Також членами ЦСКІ і Kiev
MasterPeace Club обговорювалися деталі проекту і його важливість.
We (in partnership with experts
and practitioners in these areas) should create a strategic plan for the
development of information literacy, and draw attention to its importance for
the establishment of an information society, both on individual and social
levels.
Ми повинні створити
стратегічний план розвитку інформаційної грамотності, а також звернути увагу на
його значення для створення інформаційного суспільства як на індивідуальних,
так і на соціальних рівнях.
As a result of our project:
1) support for the development of the completely new legislative
framework satisfies the requirements of the European directives and
regulations;
2) the introduction of innovations in designing polices to link
participation in cultural life to the broader issues of civil participation;
3)
strategy development of the re-establishment (and replenishment) of libraries
and depository libraries (in poor and rural areas);
4) participation of
libraries, educational institutions and publishers in the promotion of gender
policy and assistance with the cultural education of women and vulnerable
social groups;
Результати
нашого проекту:
1)
абсолютно нова законодавча база, яка задовольняє вимогам європейських директив
і правил;
2) впровадження інновацій в розробку політики більш широкої участі
громадськості в культурному житті;
3) розробка стратегії відновлення (і
поповнення) бібліотек в бідних і сільських районах;
4) участь бібліотек,
навчальних закладів та видавців у сприянні гендерній політиці та сприяння
культурному вихованню жінок і інших вразливих соціальних груп;
5) incorporating traditions of
library workshops;
6) creation of a one informational environment within the
library-educational institutions-publishers-Writers’ Unions network;
7)
establishing centers for intellectual and creative development of children and
youth, based on libraries in small settlements and towns;
8) popularization of
Ukrainian author’s oeuvre within and outside Ukraine.

6) створення єдиного інформаційного простору в
бібліотечно-освітніх установах + видавці + мережа Спілок письменників;
7)
створення центрів інтелектуального і творчого розвитку дітей та молоді на
основі бібліотек в невеликих населених пунктах і містах;
8) популяризація
українських авторів в Україні та за її межами.
The main Slogan of our
Project: “Reading is a Core Component of a Culture”.
Основний слоган проекту: «Читання як
базовий компонент творчості і споживання культури».
The formula of our project
includes: the Writer-in-Residence + Library (assist libraries (mainly in poor
and rural areas) and writers in developing cooperation with various
institutions, organizations and partners (e.g.: educational institutions,
kindergartens, publishers, printing plants, museums, Writers’ Unions, various
festivals, book fairs and ets.) in Ukraine and worldwide; the development of a
Strategy for support for the re-establishment (and replenishment) of libraries
and depository libraries ) + Publishers Programme + monitor, evaluate, study
and draft legislative instruments for realization and protection in the field
of Copyrighting, national publishing and printing. It is expected that
functional interaction between all links of chain will continue to work after
the end of the Grant Program.

Письменник-резидент + бібліотеки (надання допомоги бібліотекам (особливо в
сільських бідних районах) і письменникам у встановленні розвитку співпраці з
різними установами, організаціями в Україні і по всьому світу (напр.: навчальні
заклади, дитячі садки, видавництва, друкарні, союзи письменників, музеї, фестивалі,
книжкові ярмарки, театри тобто партнерами, з багатьма з яких у нас укладені
партнерські угоди));
Target indirect
beneficiaries:
1) cultural enterprises, libraries, publishing houses, printing
plants, museums, Writers’ Unions with potential in the book and cultural
industry;
2) writers, librarians, publishers who may benefit training or
support to access to markets from these enterprises;
3) the international or
national bodies that will be participating in the Project. We aim to build a
culture where reading is the norm, highly valued, available to all.

1) культурні
підприємства, бібліотеки, видавництва, друкарні, музеї, спілки письменників з
потенціалом в книжковій та культурної індустрії;
2) письменники, бібліотекарі,
видавці, які можуть принести користь навчання або підтримки доступу до ринків культурної
індустрії;
3) міжнародні або національні органи, які будуть брати участь в
Проекті. Ми прагнемо побудувати культуру, де читАння є високо цінною нормою,
доступною для всіх.
The Council's creative member, Talents Mobilizer, musicologist,
composer, poet, publicist, Candidate of sciences Oleksandr Riznik made a
presentation on the close relationship between
European and Ukrainian culture.
Член Творчої Ради, Мобілізатор Талантів, музикознавець,
композитор, поет, публіцист, кандидат наук - Олександр Різник виступив з
доповіддю про тісний взаємозв'язок між європейською та українською культурою.
The presentation of
statuettes and diplomas of international literary contests was organized within
the framework of this event.
В рамках цього заходу було організовано вручення статуеток і
дипломів міжнародних літературних конкурсів.
At this ceremony of the International Gild of Writers (Ingild – IGOW, Germany) regional
representative Olena Zinchenko was presented diploma, a statue
"Ruby Star" and conferred upon personal honor sign "Winner of
the Literary Competition" of the international literary contest
"Writers' style-2017".
На цій церемонії Олені Зінченко був вручений диплом, статуетка
«Рубінова зірка» і почесний знак «Переможець літературного конкурсу «Літературний
Стиль-2017»».
Winning diploma by Duck de
Richelieu multi-level literary contest (Silver Duck) was handled to Partners
Connector of the Kiev MasterPeace Club, a member the Ingild - IGOW (Germany),
Poetess Natalia Savina.
Диплом Лауреата, володаря Срібного Дюка багаторівневого
літературного конкурсу Дюк де Рішельє був урочисто вручений Члену Творчої Ради
київського клубу MasterPeace, члену Міжнародної Гільдії письменників (Німеччина),
поетесі Наталії Савіної.
The prize of the
international Literary Contest “Her Majesty Book” (Germany – 2017) was awarded
to the Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine, an Honorary Member of the Kiev
MasterPeace Club Sergii Bedusenko.
Премія міжнародного літературного конкурсу «Її Величність Книга»
(Німеччина - 2017) була вручена Заслуженому Діячеві Мистецтв України, Почесному
Члену київського клубу MasterPeace Сергію Бедусенко.
New members have joined the Kiev MasterPeace Club.
Нові члени були урочисто прийняті до київського клубу MasterPeace.
Серед них - знамениті діячі культури і мистецтва, численні
видатні вчені:
Ukrainian poetess and
translator, a member of Ukraine Literary Congress, Professor in the Department
of Culture Studies of Faculty of Philosophy the Dragomanov National Pedagogical
University and a leading figure in human rights Ievgenia Bilchenko.
Among the international
literary awards she has won are: the Nikolai Gogol's and Grogorii Skovoroda
Prizes.
Українська поетеса і перекладач, член Літературного Конгресу
України, професор кафедри культурології філософського факультету Національного
педагогічного університету Драгоманова та видатний діяч в галузі прав людини Євгенія
Більченко.
Серед міжнародних літературних премій, які їй присуджувалися, -
премія Миколи Гоголя і Григорія Сковороди.

of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Associate Professor,

"Maidan", author of numerous collections of poems and songs,
scientific publications in the Western press, the winner of the literary
contests Maryna Prepotenska.
