On 17th of February the presentation
of new Project of MasterPeace Club of Kiev and CSCI was held in the Kiev
Municipal Club "Olympia". Its name (“Best practices in promoting the
Information Society. Publishers, authors, librarians and readers play an
irreplaceable role in this process”) conveyed the idea that the role of the
public was to promote the Information Society.

лютого відбулася презентація нового проекту MasterPeace Kiev і CSCI в
Київському муніципальному клубі «Олімпія». Сама назва («Передовий досвід в
просуванні інформаційного суспільства в Україні: незамінна роль видавців,
письменників і читачів в цьому процесі») передає ідею про величезну роль громадськості в просуванні інформаційного
суспільства.
Our main goal and
message: Our main goal and message: To show that joining up efforts of all
interested parties (Publishers, authors, librarians and readers) should be one
of the tools by which we improve our society.
Наша головна мета і посил: показати,
що об'єднання зусиль всіх заінтересованих сторін (видавців, авторів,
бібліотекарів і читачів) має стати одним з інструментів поліпшення нашого
суспільства.
Target
audience: cultural actors including the members of National Writer’s Union of
Ukraine, writers of International Guild of Writers and Congress of Literary of
Ukraine, National Administrators of Public Libraries, students of Taras
Shevchenko National University of Kiev, volunteers of the Centre for Social
& Cultural Innovations (Kiev), the
leaders and members of Youth Organizations, international organizations. Among the contributors of the
event there were leading Ukrainian professional in the respective fields:
publishers, printers, booksellers, illustrators, publicists, literary critics.
Цільова аудиторія: культурні діячі, в
тому числі члени Спілки письменників України, Міжнародної Гільдії письменників
і Конгресу Літераторів України, національні адміністратори публічних бібліотек,
студенти Київського Національного Університету імені Тараса Шевченка, волонтери
Центру Соціальних і Культурних Інновацій (Київ), керівники молодіжних
організацій, члени молодіжних організацій, міжнародних організацій. Серед
учасників заходу були провідні українські професіонали у відповідних областях:
видавці, власники друкарень, книжкові торговці, ілюстратори, публіцисти,
літературознавці.
Once again, the
presentation of MasterPeace Movement had been introduced within the framework
of this event. The Leader of MasterPeace Club of Kiev (the Head of the Centre
for Social & Cultural Innovations) Olena Zinchenko highlighted the
principle courses of actions of MasterPeace Movement.

Видавнича індустрія продовжує значно

The main objective of our cooperation is developing book publishing,
libraries and information activities. There are also clearly excellent prospects
for joint projects involving CSCI and MasterPeace Kiev volunteers. For example,
our “Creative communication, instruments of cultural integration: Ukraine –
Europe” Project. Personally, I predict a long and fruitful collaboration
between us.
Our goal is to promote national publishing and printing development,
popularization of Ukrainian authors' oeuvre outside Ukraine. With our help
readers discover the new names of talented Ukrainian authors.
Наша мета - сприяти розвитку національної видавничої справи та
друкарства, а також популяризації творчості українських авторів за межами
України. З нашою допомогою читачі відкривають нові імена талановитих
українських авторів.
Основною метою нашої співпраці є розвиток книговидання, бібліотек та
інформаційної діяльності. Також є очевидні перспективи для спільних проектів за
участю добровольців CSCI і MasterPeace Kyiv. Наприклад, наш проект «Творче
спілкування, інструменти культурної інтеграції: Україна - Європа». Особисто я
передбачаю довгу та плідну співпрацю між нами.

New members have joined the Kiev MasterPeace Club. Among
them are outstanding cultural and artistic figures.
Sergiy Alyokhin is a talented composer, a tireless experimenter and
enthusiast of new forms. Among the international awards he has won are: the
Diamond Dyuk Du Richelieu Prize.
Нові члени були урочисто прийняті до київського клубу
MasterPeace. Серед них - знамениті
діячі культури і мистецтва. Сергій Альохін - талановитий композитор, невтомний
експериментатор і ентузіаст нових форм. Серед його міжнародних літературних
премій: премія Діамантовий Дюк де Ришельє.
An unusual, interesting person, a talented
poet, the author of songs, a member of Ukraine Literary Congress and
Interregional Writers' Union Nina Khmelnytska (an alias Nikol) joined
MasterPeace Kiev Club. She is a Winner of the Bialik Poetry Music Festival
(2014, Israel), Prize-winner at the music and literary festival "The Star
of Christmas" (2013-2015, Ukraine) and many others.
Незвичайна, цікава людина, талановитий поет, член
Конгресу Літераторів України, авторка пісень Ніна Хмельницька.
Вона є лауреатом музичного фестивалю поезії Бялика (2014 року, Ізраїль),
Лауреатом музично-літературного фестивалю «Зірка Різдва»
